Beautiful Edwardian celestial locket with clear rhinestones.
A central clear rhinestone in a star inlay is surrounded by eight others pointing towards it.
Beautiful repoussé ornament all around, also present at the back. At the back the letters AMG are hand-engraved in a cursive font.
The bale is new and made of solid 18k gold.
Details:
The locket dates from the early 20th century, Edwardian era. It has no stamp and is likely made of gold filled.
Condition:
It is in very good antique condition with gentle surface wear and scratches. I don't see any dent. Some oxidization inside, please inspect the photos. It closes tightly with a snap. The two original rings are present inside.
The bale is new and I asked my goldsmith to make a sustainable choice by crafting it out of 18k solid gold. Quality upgrades only.
The locket comes with the 45cm / 18" gold filled thick chain featured in the photos.
