General Terms and Conditions

1) Validity
This website is owned and operated by Thalie Vintage. Throughout the site, the terms "Seller", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Thalie Vintage. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relations between Thalie Vintage and its customers. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Thalie Vintage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with such amendments applying to future transactions only.

2) Delivery Time
Products available in the Seller’s warehouse are processed promptly upon receipt of an order. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. For international shipments, a typical delivery time is between 5 and 15 business days. All stated delivery periods are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond the Seller’s control do not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order, refuse delivery, or claim compensation. The Buyer remains obligated to accept delivery once the goods become available.

3) Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, total goods value, and package weight. All shipments are sent by registered mail and are insured up to the declared value. 

4) Payment
Payment for goods must be made in advance and in full before the Seller processes and ships the order. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received by the Seller.

5) Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes that may apply in the destination country. By completing a purchase, the Buyer commits to pay all such charges that may be assessed upon receipt of the goods. Under no circumstances will the Seller assume these costs, nor is the Buyer entitled to refuse payment.

6) Right of Return
Returns are only accepted for domestic purchases, i.e. in Switzerland, within 7 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. For international shipments, returns are not possible due to non-refundable VAT and customs duties paid to the destination country authorities upon import.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, examine all available photographs, and submit any questions prior to making a purchase. The Seller is not liable for dissatisfaction arising from a failure to request clarification before ordering.

7) Legal notice
Place of jurisdiction is Dietikon, Switzerland. Swiss law applies exclusively.
